UX/UI Developer

Job SummaryThe UX/UI Developer is responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, user-centered digital interfaces. The role focuses on creating seamless user experiences and visually appealing user interfaces while collaborating closely with product, development, and business teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.Translate user requirements and business needs into intuitive UI/UX solutions.Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs.Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms and devices.Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Stay updated with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.3–6 years of experience in UX/UI design or UX/UI development roles.Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, UI design, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.Required Skills & CompetenciesUser research and usability testingWireframing and prototypingUI design and visual storytellingInteraction designStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts.Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
