Valet Supervisor

To supervise and coordinate valet operations, ensuring the highest levels of customer service, safety, and efficiency while managing valet drivers and maintaining company service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead valet drivers during daily operationsEnsure vehicles are parked, retrieved, and delivered safely and efficientlyMonitor staff attendance, grooming, performance, and disciplineProvide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionallyAllocate duties and work schedules to valet staffConduct daily briefings and ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresMonitor vehicle movements and maintain accurate records and reportingEnsure assigned parking areas are organized, safe, and operationalTrain, coach, and evaluate valet drivers to maintain service excellenceInvestigate and report incidents, damages, accidents, or customer complaintsCoordinate with clients, site management, and operations teams to ensure smooth service deliveryEnsure all drivers hold valid licenses and comply with traffic regulations and safety requirementsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years of experience in valet operations, transportation, hospitality, or fleet management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory roleValid driving license with a clean driving recordStrong leadership and team management skillsGood English communication skills; Arabic is an advantageExcellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilitiesAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidaysBasic computer skills for reporting and record keeping
