Apply & track with Apply EdgePosition Overview:The Valet Supervisor oversees valet operations, ensuring smooth vehicle management, patient and visitor support, and high-quality front‑of‑house service delivery. The role includes supervising valet staff, coordinating with outsourced service providers, ensuring compliance with hospital safety protocols, and maintaining operational documentation. The position requires strong customer service orientation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage fast-paced front‑line operations.Operations & Service ManagementSupervise valet staff and ensure efficient vehicle movement and parking operations.Maintain high standards of customer service for patients, visitors, and staff.Coordinate with outsourced valet service providers and monitor performance.Respond to operational issues and emergencies in front-of-house areas.Train staff on customer service, safety protocols, and hospital expectations.Safety, Compliance & AdministrationEnsure compliance with hospital safety protocols and traffic management guidelines.Prepare and manage work permits for valet-related contractor activities.Conduct routine inspections of valet areas and ensure operational readiness.Maintain documentation including logs, reports, and vendor performance records.Support procurement activities including PR creation for valet services and consumables.Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.JCIA-Aligned Safety, Quality, Governance and Professional StandardsSupport sustainability and Global Health Impact (GHI) goals by practicing environmentally responsible behavior, reducing waste, following proper disposal and segregation processes, using resources efficiently, participating in related training, and reporting opportunities for improvement.Other Responsibilities.Comply with all organizational and departmental policies, procedures, legal requirements, and applicable regulations at all times, and take personal responsibility to read, understand, follow and keep updated with the latest versions.Support sustainability and Global Health Impact (GHI) goals by practicing environmentally responsible behavior, reducing waste, following proper disposal and segregation processes, using resources efficiently, participating in related training, and reporting opportunities for improvement.Participate in emergency drills (fire, major incidents, communicable diseases and pandemics) and understand assigned roles during emergencies.Education & Qualification, Experience, Training & KnowledgeEducation & Qualification:Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Customer Service, or related field.Experience:Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising valet or front‑of‑house operations.Training, Knowledge & SkillsStrong customer service and communication skills.Knowledge of traffic flow, safety protocols, and valet operations.Ability to manage fast-paced operations and multiple staff.Awareness and understanding of KCH policies and KCH initiatives.
