Valuation & Real Estate Intern at Danvast Land & Property. Gain experience in property valuation, land administration, title deeds, agency and digital marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in property and asset valuation, site inspections, field data collection, and preparation of valuation reports.Assist with title deed applications, land transfers, land administration, and property documentation.Support real estate marketing, property listings, client enquiries, property viewings, and agency activities.Support digital marketing and social media management, including creating property posts, graphics, and promotional content.Use graphic/design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.Assist with office administration, record keeping, data entry, and preparation of official documents.Assist in communication, follow-ups, and coordination with government officials and relevant authorities on land, property, valuation, and administrative matters.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Land Management and Valuation is mandatory.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Practical experience in valuation, land administration, surveying, real estate, digital marketing, or related fields is an added advantage.Required SkillsKnowledge of property valuation and land administration.Good digital marketing and social media marketing skills.Ability to design professional social media posts and property advertisements.Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.Good communication and report-writing skills.Ability to communicate professionally with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders.Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and record keeping.Willingness to undertake fieldwork and travel when required.Professional, hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.Internship Areas: Property Valuation | Site Inspection | Valuation Reports | Title Deeds | Land Transfer & Administration | Government Liaison | Real Estate Agency | Digital & Social Media Marketing | Graphic Design | Office Administration
