Valuation Analyst

Key Responsibilities:1.) Assist in the preparation of valuation reports in accordance with local regulatory requirements and international valuation standards. 2.) Compile and validate input data for valuation models, incorporating analysis of local and international market trends to support accurate and defensible valuations. 3.) Participate in property inspections and due diligence, identifying and documenting valuation critical factors and confirming consistency with valuation assumptions. 4.) Identify valuation risks, data gaps, and inconsistencies at an early stage and escalate matters to senior team members with clear analysis and proposed resolutions. 5.) Assist in responding to internal reviews, audit queries, and client information requests in a timely and professional manner. 6.) Continuously develop technical knowledge of business and real estate valuation, including valuation methodologies, financial analysis, and professional standards, through on-the-job learning and formal training. 7.) Assist in building valuation models and preparing proposals, including defining the scope of work, valuation approach, and commercial assumptions.
