Valuation Analyst

Key Responsibilities:Valuation1. Prepare and sign valuation reports under RICS Valuation – Global Standards and within agreed timelines.2. Conduct valuations for a variety of asset classes including, but not limited to commercial, industrial, residential properties, land, special-use assets (e.g., fuel stations, schools, hospitals, agricultural land, etc.)3. Ensure valuation reports meet all relevant professional, legal, and specific requirements.4.The Employee may also be required to conduct business valuations in accordance with international valuation standards (IVS) in addition to real estate valuations.Compliance & Standards1. Ensure full compliance with RICS, IVS, and relevant UAE regulations.2. Oversee and assist in the Company’s registration under the RICS Valuer RegistrationScheme (VRS).Reporting & Research1. Prepare and oversee periodic market research reports on relevant real estate sectors.2. Maintain valuation templates, data libraries, and industry benchmarks.Client Engagement & Business Support1. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposals as required.2. Support pricing, scoping, and structuring of new valuation engagements.3. Uphold the Company’s reputation and ethical standards in all external interactions.
