Valuation Officer

Key Responsibilities

➤ Conduct property inspections, measurements, and condition assessments.➤ Research market trends and identify comparable properties.➤ Apply suitable valuation methods to determine property values.➤ Prepare accurate valuation reports with supporting documentation.➤ Communicate valuation findings and address client queries.➤ Ensure compliance with valuation standards and maintain records. Qualifications & Skills:➤ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate or related field.➤ 3 years of relevant real estate valuation experience.➤ Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques.➤ Good understanding of local real estate markets and trends.➤ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.➤ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
