🗂 We’re Hiring: Value Realization Consultant🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Mid-Level to SeniorWe are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Value Realization Consultant to help organizations maximize the business value generated from strategic investments, transformation programs, technology initiatives, and operational improvements. This role will work closely with senior leadership, project teams, finance, operations, and key stakeholders to ensure initiatives deliver measurable financial, operational, and strategic outcomes.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement value realization strategies aligned with organizational objectives.• Define business benefits, value drivers, KPIs, targets, and measurable outcomes for strategic initiatives.• Assess whether transformation programs, investments, and business initiatives are delivering expected value.• Develop benefits realization frameworks, tracking models, dashboards, and performance measurement processes.• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, cost efficiency, productivity, customer value, and operational performance.• Conduct financial and operational analysis to measure the impact of strategic initiatives.• Work closely with project and program teams to establish clear benefits ownership and accountability.• Monitor benefits realization throughout the project lifecycle and after implementation.• Identify performance gaps, risks, dependencies, and barriers that may prevent expected value from being achieved.• Develop corrective action plans and recommendations to improve business outcomes.• Support business cases, investment assessments, financial models, and strategic decision-making.• Prepare executive reports, value realization dashboards, business performance reviews, and management presentations.• Facilitate value realization workshops, stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, Strategy, PMO, Risk, and Business teams to measure and maximize business value.• Support portfolio, program, and project governance to ensure strategic initiatives remain aligned with business objectives.• Track long-term benefits and continuously identify opportunities for additional value creation.• Promote a culture of accountability, measurable performance, and continuous improvement.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in value management, business transformation, management consulting, strategy, PMO, or a related field.• Strong understanding of benefits realization, business performance, financial analysis, and strategic planning.• Experience measuring the financial, operational, or strategic impact of transformation initiatives.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.• Ability to develop KPIs, performance frameworks, benefits models, and executive dashboards.• Strong understanding of business cases, ROI analysis, cost optimization, and value creation.• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.• Experience working with senior executives, program leaders, Finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.• Knowledge of project, program, or portfolio management methodologies is an advantage.• Familiarity with digital transformation, technology investments, ERP, CRM, or enterprise transformation programs is preferred.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and analytics tools is an advantage.• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives and priorities in a complex business environment.• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, or a related field is preferred.• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Benefits Management, CFA, CPA, or related qualifications are an advantage.• MBA or advanced qualification in Business Strategy, Finance, or Management is an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to directly influence business performance and measurable organizational value.• Exposure to business transformation, strategic investments, financial performance, operational improvement, and executive decision-making.• Opportunity to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on high-impact initiatives.• Career progression into Senior Value Realization Consultant, Value Management Manager, Transformation Manager, Strategy Director, Value Realization Director, Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), or Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) roles.• A strategic, analytical, and performance-focused work environment.• Executive mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities.• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
