Valve Production Superintendent

Purpose of the Position:Lead a team of technicians involved with the Manufacturing and Assembly operations.

Main Responsibilities

1. Execute Manufacturing & Assembly Work Plan, manage daily allocations & ensure targets are met.2. Ensure following of Quality & Safety standards all the time (with product specific procedure).3. Maintain order execution documents.4. Stay current on Product and Procedure knowledge.5. Ensure proper maintenance & utilization of equipment & tools in the plant.6. Maintain clean & safe workplace in the plant & manage wastage during daily operations.7. Maintain the necessary product (materials and spares) stock.8. Participate in Client visits to introduce the plant services.9. Handle claims/service orders by visiting customers' place to personally conduct check-up.10. Undertake any other related responsibilities assigned.Professional Qualifications & Experience Required:Vocational Diploma and Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering is preferred with 3 - 5 years’ of relevantexperience with supervisory role in Manufacturing or Assembly OperationsComputing/Special Skills Required:MS-Office Excel, MS-Office Word & MS-Office Outlook. Has Working knowledge of ERP software.Knowledge of Languages Required:English at Proffesional level is essential.Key Competencies Required:Essential:1. Planning2. Production Management 3.
