The team is expanding its footprint and seeking dedicated educators to help shape the academic and professional journeys of learners across India.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site faculty position based at the Toprankers center in Ahmedabad, focusing on VARC (Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension), Legal, and General Knowledge (GK) subjects. The faculty member will design and deliver engaging classroom sessions, clarify concepts, and provide exam-oriented training for UG and related entrance exams, including law and management-focused tests. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and updating study material, question banks, and mock tests, and using both traditional and technology-enabled methods to maximize student learning. The role involves tracking student performance through assessments, offering personalized feedback and doubt-clearing sessions, and collaborating with academic and product teams to align content with current exam patterns and industry requirements. The faculty is also expected to participate in academic counseling, workshops, and content development initiatives to continuously improve learning outcomes.Qualifications Strong command of English language and communication skills, with expertise in Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, and grammar.Sound knowledge of Legal aptitude, basic legal principles, landmark cases, and law entrance exam patterns (CLAT and similar tests).Broad awareness of current affairs, static General Knowledge, and examination-relevant national and international events.Demonstrated classroom teaching, mentoring, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse batches of learners.Comfort with using digital tools, learning management systems, and online resources to support blended teaching methodologies.Prior experience in coaching for competitive exams (preferably law, management, or related UG/PG entrances) is highly desirable.Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law, English, Humanities, Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.Ability to work collaboratively with academic teams, adapt to changing exam patterns, and contribute to content and curriculum development.
