VAS Digital Acquisition & Growth Manager – RemoteLocation: Fully RemoteContract: Full-TimeMarkets: Middle East and AfricaWe are recruiting an experienced VAS Digital Acquisition & Growth Manager to drive international customer acquisition for mobile VAS, mobile gaming and subscription-based digital services.The successful candidate must have worked directly for a VAS provider, aggregator, mobile content provider or digital subscription business. Experience gained solely within a telecom operator will not be sufficient for this role.You will develop creative and cost-effective digital acquisition strategies across multiple international markets. The business currently works with more than 20 telecom operators across 10 countries in the Middle East and Africa.Key responsibilitiesDevelop international customer acquisition strategies for mobile VAS and digital servicesGrow paying subscribers across multiple telecom operators and marketsCreate innovative, low-cost digital campaigns that deliver measurable resultsOptimise acquisition funnels, activation, conversion, retention and churnImprove monetisation through subscriptions, carrier billing and lifecycle campaignsMonitor CPA, CAC, conversion rates, revenue, retention and customer lifetime valueAdapt campaigns for different countries, audiences and operator requirementsWork with product, commercial, technical and telecom operator teamsWhat we are looking forAt least five years’ relevant growth or digital acquisition experienceDirect experience working for a VAS provider, aggregator or digital subscription businessProven customer acquisition experience across multiple international marketsStrong knowledge of mobile VAS, carrier billing and subscription servicesA measurable record of growing subscribers while controlling acquisition costsExperience using performance data, attribution and funnel analysisMobile gaming or digital content experience would be highly advantageousStrong English communication skills and the ability to work remotelyThis role is particularly suitable for candidates with experience in mobile VAS, direct carrier billing, mobile content, digital subscriptions, mobile gaming and international performance marketing.
