Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering live virtual lessons, creating practice materials and assessments, and explaining concepts in a clear, student-friendly manner. The tutor will track student progress, provide regular feedback to learners and caregivers, and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs. The role also includes maintaining session records, coordinating schedules, and collaborating with the wider EdifyChamps team to ensure consistent quality of instruction.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Mathematics and Algebra, with a solid understanding of Vedic math techniques.Candidates should possess experience in Online Tutoring and Tutoring, including conducting engaging virtual lessons.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, supportive manner.Candidates should possess the ability to use online teaching tools and learning platforms effectively.Relevant teaching or tutoring experience with school-age students is highly beneficial.A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field is preferred, along with a demonstrated interest in student-centered learning.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are important.
