Codeyoung values innovative teaching approaches and looks for team members who are passionate about engaging young minds and making complex concepts accessible.Role Description The Vedic Mathematics Tutor will teach Vedic math techniques to school-age learners in online, interactive sessions, focusing on mental calculation strategies and speed-building methods. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, delivering live virtual classes, demonstrating step-by-step problem-solving, and adapting explanations to different learning levels. The tutor will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with the academic team to align sessions with Codeyoung’s student-centric approach. This is a remote role, requiring reliable online presence and comfort with digital teaching tools.Qualifications Strong foundation in Mathematics, including familiarity with Vedic math methods and core concepts such as Algebra.Proficiency in Online Tutoring environments, including use of video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and interactive tools.Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to children and teenagers.Demonstrated Tutoring or teaching experience, preferably with school-age learners in STEM or math-focused subjects.Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young learners from diverse backgrounds.Ability to design engaging, student-centric lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles.Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional remote work setup.Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant teaching experience is highly valued.
