Role Summary

As a Veeva Network Developer, the candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintainingMaster Data Management (MDM) solutions within the Veeva Network platform. The developer willwork on low to medium complexity tasks related to healthcare data (HCP/HCO), data quality, andsystem integrations. The role involves close collaboration with senior developers, project leads, andbusiness stakeholders to support ongoing development, data stewardship, and implementationactivities.Essential Functions:Implement Veeva Network Projects:Assist in configuration and maintenance of Veeva Network data model including HCPs, HCOs affiliations, and hierarchiesSupport implementation and optimization of match/merge and survivorship rulesConfigure and support data change request (DCR) workflows and data stewardship processesAssist in implementing data quality rules, validations, and monitoring frameworksSupport affiliation management and hierarchy maintenance activitiesParticipate in system configuration, testing, and issue resolutionWrite clear documentation for configurations, processes, and workflowsFollow team practices including version control, release management, and Agile methodologiesTake ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables under guidanceProvide regular status updates and support issue resolution and SLA trackingSupport UAT cycles, stakeholder training sessions, and onboarding activitiesAct as a developing SME for Veeva Network capabilities and processesEssential Qualifications:B-Tech. or B.E. in any engineering discipline or PG in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Operation Research or B.Sc.in Computer Science or a similar course.Experience:1-3 years of experience in Master Data Management, data warehousing, or analytics projects with exposure to:Veeva Network (preferred) SQL and data analysis APIs, ETL tools, or data integration conceptsSkills, Knowledge, Abilities & Key Traits:Basic understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) conceptsKnowledge of HCP/HCO data models, affiliations, and hierarchies (preferred)Familiarity with match/merge logic and data quality processesUnderstanding of integrations (APIs, ETL pipelines)Knowledge of pharma datasets and Veeva CRM ecosystem (preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailGood verbal and written communication skillsProactive, flexible, and willingness to learn new technologiesAbility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing requirementsVeeva Network certification
