Vehicle Operations ManagerLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time | On-SiteJob Summary: The Vehicle Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an autonomous delivery fleet, ensuring safe, efficient, and scalable vehicle performance. The role manages remote fleet operators and on-road safety officers, driving operational excellence, workforce productivity, training, quality assurance, and fleet support activities.Key Responsibilities:Manage remote fleet operators and safety officers to ensure uninterrupted fleet operations.Optimize vehicle-to-operator ratios while maintaining the highest safety and service standards.Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.Develop and implement operational procedures, quality assurance programs, and escalation processes.Monitor operational KPIs, attendance, utilization, and productivity through data-driven decision making.Coordinate vehicle recovery, incident response, mapping support, and safety car allocation.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and support fleet growth.Requirements:3–5 years of experience in autonomous vehicle (AV) operations, teleoperations, fleet control, or related mobility operations.Minimum 2 years of people management experience leading frontline operational teams.Experience managing training, quality assurance, rostering, and performance programs.Valid UAE driving license.Strong analytical skills; experience with SQL, BI tools, and AI-powered operational tools is preferred.Excellent communication skills in English.Willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi.
