Leajlak focuses on technology-driven operations and continuous innovation, offering team members the opportunity to contribute to the future of digital logistics.Role Description The Vehicles & Delegation Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for managing the company’s vehicle fleet, including registration, licensing, insurance tracking, and maintenance scheduling. The administrator coordinates delegation letters and official authorizations for captains and staff, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Daily tasks include updating vehicle and driver records, monitoring usage and availability, preparing reports for operations and management, and liaising with external vendors, government offices, and logistics partners. The role also supports internal teams by resolving vehicle-related issues promptly and maintaining accurate documentation for audits and operational planning.Qualifications Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management, record keeping, and attention to detail.Experience with fleet or vehicle administration, including registration processes, insurance follow-up, and maintenance coordination.Ability to work with government portals and external agencies to manage delegation letters, permits, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, digital records systems, email) and learning new logistics or fleet software.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate between operations, logistics providers, captains, and management.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery operations in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English is beneficial for internal and external communication.
