Vein Harvesting Clinical Specialist

A global medical technology company is seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist to support the adoption and growth of its endoscopic vessel harvesting (EVH) technology. This role partners closely with surgeons, physician assistants, hospital teams, and sales professionals to provide clinical education, procedural support, and customer training.2 Roles, one in the northeast, the other in Socal/ArizonaKey ResponsibilitiesTrain healthcare professionals on EVH techniques and technology.Proctor and support live clinical cases.Lead benchtop, synthetic, and cadaveric training sessions.Build and expand EVH programs within hospitals and healthcare facilities.Partner with sales teams to drive product adoption and utilization.Support medical education events, trade shows, and customer programs.Maintain required quality, compliance, and clinical documentation.Manage territory activities independently while delivering excellent customer support.QualificationsPrior endoscopic vessel harvesting (EVH) experience required.Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biological Sciences, Neuroscience, or related field preferred.6–8 years of medical device, clinical support, field support, or related customer-facing experience preferred.Strong clinical training, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently in a highly field-based environment.Travel & CompensationApproximately 80% travelBase salary: $100,000–$150,000 + bonus incentive
