About GrabbieGrabbie specializes in premium vending and smart retail solutions for offices, residential communities, business centres, gyms, hospitals, universities and other high-footfall locations across the UAE.We install, stock, monitor and maintain modern vending machines, providing a fully managed service with no operational involvement required from our clients.As our network continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Vending Operations Technician & Driver to join our team.Role DescriptionThe Vending Operations Technician & Driver is responsible for keeping our vending machines fully stocked, clean, operational and presented to the highest standard.This is a hands-on role combining restocking, route planning, machine maintenance, troubleshooting and customer support. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a premium experience to both our clients and end users.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive products from suppliers or the company warehouse and organize stock.Check stock levels daily using the telemetry platform.Prepare daily restocking lists and plan efficient service routes.Visit locations to restock vending machines.Keep machines clean, tidy and presentable at all times.Complete inspection, cleaning, preventive maintenance and restocking checklists during every visit.Rotate products and monitor expiry dates.Adjust spirals and product layouts when introducing new products.Update product prices and machine settings when required.Identify and fix common machine faults on-site.Replace standard spare parts and carry out preventive maintenance.Monitor machine performance and report recurring technical issues.Maintain spare parts and maintenance inventory.Respond quickly to machine breakdowns or customer requests.Drive the company vehicle safely while following planned daily routes.Support machine installations, relocations and removals when required.RequirementsPrevious experience working for a vending machine operator is essential.Good knowledge of vending machine operation and servicing.Experience working with different vending machine brands.Ability to adjust spirals, product layouts, pricing and machine settings.Ability to identify and fix common vending machine faults.Experience using vending telemetry systems.Comfortable using a mobile phone or laptop to monitor stock levels, prices, machine status and error codes.Good understanding of stock management and product rotation.Ability to plan and follow efficient daily service routes.Valid UAE driving licence.Good communication skills and a professional attitude.Reliable, organized and able to work independently.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of repair and maintenance of Vending Machines from different manufacturers.Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.Experience carrying out preventive maintenance.Knowledge of food safety and stock handling.What We OfferOpportunity to join a fast-growing premium vending operator.Work with modern technology-driven vending solutions.Exposure to AI-enabled vending and smart retail systems.Long-term career growth within an expanding company.Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
