Traditional supply chains were fragmented, time-consuming, and lacked visibility, leading to delays, cost overruns, and limited market insight. iBuild bridges that gap by offering a centralized, intuitive, technology-driven marketplace where suppliers and buyers connect with confidence.Through smart tools, data-driven insights, and dependable logistics, we streamline procurement for businesses while making e-commerce for building materials accessible to everyone.We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our buyer acquisition in Riyadh and we are excited to hear from you.Responsibilities Own the end-to-end acquisition of new vendors from suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, to factories.Map the supplier landscape across priority material categories and build a target list of the vendors we most need on the platform.Prospect and open conversations with new vendors through direct outreach, site and factory visits, industry networks, and trade events.Pitch the iBuild value proposition to suppliers and convert interest into signed agreements.Negotiate commercial terms like pricing, margins, discounts, payment terms, and delivery commitments that are competitive for our buyers and sustainable for the business.Evaluate and qualify potential vendors on pricing, product range, capacity, quality certifications, delivery capability, and commercial reliability.Benchmark vendor pricing against the market to ensure iBuild secures genuinely competitive rates.Close category and pricing gaps by identifying and signing the vendors our buyers are actively asking for.Coordinate the initial onboarding agreements, documentation, product and pricing data, and catalog setup and hand over a fully live account to the Vendor Relationship Manager.Work closely with the sales team to understand real buyer demand and prioritize acquisition accordingly.Maintain an accurate vendor pipeline in the CRM and report regularly on acquisition progress, categories covered, and terms secured.Monitor construction material market trends, pricing movements, and new entrants to keep our supplier base ahead of the market.Represent iBuild at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to build the supplier network.Qualifications Solid experience in procurement or purchasing within construction or finishing materials from a contracting company, or from a supplier, distributor, or manufacturer of construction and finishing materials.Strong working knowledge of construction and finishing material categories, specifications, brands, and market pricing.Proven negotiation skills, with a track record of securing favorable commercial terms, pricing, and payment conditions.An existing network of, or the ability to quickly reach, suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors in the Saudi market.The ability to evaluate a vendor commercially like pricing, capacity, reliability, and quality and make a sound call.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable dealing with factory owners, sales managers, and commercial decision-makers.Strong organization and CRM proficiency, with disciplined pipeline management.Familiarity with product catalogs, data structures, pricing sheets, and ERP systems. Fluent Arabic and good English.A valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel for supplier and factory visits.Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment where processes are still being built.If you are interested in this opportunity or have any questions, please reach out to us.
