The successful candidate must understand both digital lead generation and direct sales conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Advertising and Lead GenerationSet up, launch and manage vendor-acquisition campaigns through Meta Ads ManagerSelect appropriate campaign objectives, audiences, placements, budgets and geographic targetingCreate campaigns using lead forms, landing pages, Instagram messages and WhatsAppBuild prospecting, lookalike and retargeting audiencesRetarget people who viewed advertisements, engaged with content, visited the website or started but did not complete an applicationWork with the creative team to develop effective advertisements, messaging and calls to actionTest different creative assets, audiences, offers and campaign messagesMonitor cost per lead, lead quality, response rate, conversion rate and return on advertising spendIdentify which campaigns produce qualified vendors—not merely inexpensive leadsEnsure Meta leads are transferred promptly into the CRM and contacted quicklyImprove campaigns based on sales outcomes and reasons prospects fail to bookResearch and identify additional qualified vendors through online directories, competitor markets, referrals and outbound prospectingSales and ConversionContact vendor leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, Instagram and other appropriate channelsRespond quickly and professionally to all incoming vendor inquiriesClearly explain The Good Flea’s location, audience, pricing, booth options and booking processBuild trust with prospective vendors and identify their needs, concerns and level of buying intentHandle objections relating to price, market traffic, profitability, participation requirements and the risk of joining a new marketFollow up consistently until each qualified prospect makes a clear decisionConvert qualified leads into paid vendor bookingsFollow up on incomplete applications, unpaid reservations and abandoned bookingsReactivate previous applicants, former vendors and leads who did not complete paymentEncourage successful vendors to make repeat, monthly and seasonal bookingsMeet weekly and monthly vendor-booking and revenue targetsCRM and Pipeline ManagementMaintain accurate CRM records for every leadRecord all calls, messages, objections, promises, payments and booking informationEnsure every active lead has a clearly recorded next action and follow-up dateOrganize leads by pipeline stage, priority, source and likelihood of conversionPrevent qualified leads from being forgotten or left without follow-upTrack the complete vendor journey from advertisement through inquiry, payment, onboarding and repeat bookingReport weekly on ad spend, leads, lead quality, sales activity, conversions, payments, vendor revenue and lost-sale reasonsIdentify where leads are dropping out and recommend improvements to advertising, offers, scripts and follow-up systemsPerformance Will Be Measured ByNumber and quality of vendor leads generatedCost per qualified leadSpeed of response to new inquiriesAccuracy and completeness of CRM recordsNumber of sales calls and follow-ups completedLead-to-booking conversion rateNumber and value of paid vendor bookingsReturn on advertising spendVendor repeat-booking and retention ratesAchievement of weekly and monthly vendor-revenue targetsThe Ideal CandidateHas practical experience setting up and managing campaigns through Meta Ads ManagerUnderstands Meta lead forms, messaging campaigns, audience targeting, retargeting and campaign optimizationCan distinguish between vanity metrics and advertisements that produce paying customersHas strong sales, persuasion and conversion skillsIs confident asking for payment and closing businessIs persistent and comfortable following up multiple timesHas strong CRM discipline and can manage a high volume of leadsUnderstands sales funnels, pipeline stages and conversion reportingCommunicates professionally in spoken and written EnglishIs confident speaking by phone with US-based business ownersCan build trust quickly without sounding overly scripted or aggressiveCan identify buying intent and prioritize the most promising leadsHandles objections confidently and professionallyHas good commercial and visual judgment when evaluating potential vendorsIs analytical, resourceful and comfortable working with targetsWorks with urgency and takes ownership of resultsCan explain why a campaign or sales process is underperforming and recommend a solutionIs emotionally resilient and remains motivated when prospects decline or fail to respondIs available to work hours that overlap with the New York time zoneIs available full-time, 5–6 days per week, including selected weekendsPrevious experience in Meta advertising, digital sales, telesales, business development, customer acquisition, fashion, retail, events or market-vendor recruitment is strongly preferred.Applicants will be required to indicate previous meta account management experience.
