With over a decade of experience in the region and a knowledgeable team, we offer fully integrated HR services.We are currently recruiting for a Vendor Manager – Aviation Engine MRO (1 Year Contract) for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office.Purpose-Lead supplier and repair vendor performance to ensure material, repairs, and external services meet MRO requirements for quality, turnaround, cost, and delivery.Responsibilities-Manage day-to-day performance of suppliers and repair vendors supporting engine MRO operations.Establish vendor communication routines for status, recovery actions, escalations, and performance reviews.Track and improve supplier delivery, responsiveness, quality, turnaround time, and contractual compliance.Coordinate with sourcing, procurement, quality, engineering, planning, and operations on vendor-related issues.Lead vendor recovery plans for late parts, repair delays, capacity constraints, and recurring defects.Review open orders, repair status, commitments, and risks to customer delivery.Support commercial alignment on pricing, service levels, scope changes, and claim resolution.Evaluate vendor capability, capacity, and risk; support dual source or contingency planning where needed.Maintain performance scorecards, dashboards, and action logs for critical suppliers.Drive supplier continuous improvement and cost/productivity initiatives.Ensure vendors comply with quality, regulatory, documentation, and export/import requirements.Skills-Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or equivalent experience.Experience in supplier management, purchasing, sourcing, vendor operations, or MRO supply chain.Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to manage escalations and influence cross-functional and external stakeholders.
