قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجVendor ManagerCompany: Himalayan AdhesivesLocation: Kichha, Uttarakhand, IndiaWorkplace: On-siteEmployment Type: Full-timeJob OverviewHimalayan Adhesives is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Vendor Manager to manage and strengthen the company’s vendor network, procurement coordination, supplier relationships, commercial negotiations, cost control, and vendor performance.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience, with strong expertise in vendor management, procurement, sourcing, negotiation, cost optimization, and supplier development. Experience in the manufacturing, construction materials, chemical, tile adhesive, or allied industries will be preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end vendor relationships and supplier coordination.Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop reliable vendors.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, quality standards, and commercial agreements.Monitor vendor performance on cost, quality, delivery, service, and reliability.Develop alternate and backup vendors to ensure uninterrupted supply.Conduct regular vendor evaluations and performance reviews.Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Stores, Accounts, and Management teams.Identify opportunities for cost reduction and procurement efficiency.Resolve vendor-related quality, delivery, commercial, and payment issues.Support strategic sourcing and long-term procurement planning.Ensure vendors comply with company quality, commercial, and operational requirements.Candidate ProfileMinimum 15 years of relevant experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Purchase, Sourcing, or Supply Chain.Strong experience in vendor negotiation and supplier development.Excellent understanding of commercial terms, costing, pricing, and procurement processes.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.Ability to independently manage vendors and handle commercial discussions.Experience in a manufacturing environment will be highly preferred.Experience in tile adhesives, construction chemicals, building materials, chemicals, or related manufacturing industries will be an advantage.Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate vendor performance, costs, and market trends.Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing with suppliers.Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in manufacturing or construction supply chains, knowledge of adhesive or building materials, proficiency in MS Excel or ERP systems, and strong organizational and time management abilities.CompensationHealthy and competitive salary package, negotiable based on the candidate’s experience, expertise, current role, industry exposure, and overall suitability for the position.Candidates with strong relevant experience and a proven track record may be offered a premium compensation package.Interested candidates are invited to apply with their updated profile highlighting relevant vendor management and procurement experience.
