This commitment to shared progress drives our journey from Hong Kong, China, across the Middle East and into Brazil, with the world ahead.What You'll DoDevelop, onboard, and manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners while building strong, productive, and long-term relationships.Work with partners to strengthen courier recruitment and capacity planning, ensuring sufficient delivery supply to meet business demand.Monitor partner performance indicators, identify operational gaps, and implement improvements in fulfillment efficiency and service quality.Lead key operational initiatives and coordinate internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and deliver measurable results.What We Need From YouAt least three years of relevant experience in logistics, on-demand delivery, food delivery platforms, channel management, or a related field.Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and operational management capabilities.Strong communication, negotiation, and partner management skills, with a results-oriented approach.The ability to work effectively across functions and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.Fluency in English as a working language; Arabic proficiency or experience in the Saudi market is preferred.Current residence in Riyadh or Dammam, or the ability to be based in either city.Experience using AI-enabled tools for data analysis is an advantage.What Makes This Role ExcitingMake a direct impact on city-level courier capacity, fulfillment efficiency, service quality, and business growth.Gain exposure to high-priority operational projects within a fast-growing on-demand delivery platform.Build practical experience in platform operations, logistics partnerships, and data-driven performance management.Why Join Keeta1.
