Team members collaborate remotely to build relationships, identify new opportunities, and strengthen the company’s presence in the energy trading sector.Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Vendor Registration & Business Development Agent — Commission-Based. The Agent will identify and contact potential vendors and business partners, explain company services, and guide them through registration and onboarding processes. Daily tasks include researching prospective vendors, maintaining accurate records of outreach and registrations, following up via phone, email, and online meetings, and supporting vendors with documentation and compliance requirements. The Agent will also track leads, report on pipeline and conversion metrics, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor acquisition efforts with business growth goals. Compensation is commission-based, with earnings linked to successful vendor registrations and business development outcomes.Qualifications Strong business development skills, including lead generation, vendor prospecting, and relationship-building.Experience with sales outreach, negotiation, and closing agreements in a commission-based environment.Proficiency in online research, data entry, and maintaining organized records of vendor information and communications.Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present services and processes confidently.Comfort working remotely with basic technical skills, including email, spreadsheets, and video conferencing tools.Prior experience in trading, energy, logistics, or related industries is an advantage but not required.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets and deadlines.Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is a plus.
