Senior Associate – Global Vendor Management (Job Posting Summary)Role Purpose Drive and support the global Vendor Management framework across multiple countries and legal entities. Oversee vendor onboarding and lifecycle processes, strengthen governance and controls, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate stakeholders to enable consistent adoption of Group‑wide standards.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute end‑to‑end vendor lifecycle activities: onboarding, amendments, reactivation, periodic reviews, and offboarding.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to collect documentation, approvals, declarations, and business justifications.Conduct completeness checks and facilitate compliance, sanctions, tax, finance, and TPRM validations.Maintain accurate supplier records in Oracle Fusion and approved TPRM systems; ensure full audit trails and documentation.Track pending actions, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of requests.Apply masglobal standards while incorporating country‑specific regulatory, tax, and documentation requirements.Resolve process gaps, data issues, and exceptions; escalate high‑risk or complex cases appropriately.Support global vendor data‑quality initiatives: cleansing, standardisation, duplicate prevention.Contribute to SOPs, templates, dashboards, and management reporting.Analyse onboarding metrics (volumes, TAT, ageing, rejections, exceptions) and recommend improvements.Lead or support cross‑country initiatives, system enhancements, automation, and user testing for Oracle Fusion and TPRM platforms.Prepare governance updates and presentations for senior stakeholders.Coach junior team members and perform quality reviews.Support vendor performance monitoring and risk‑based review activities as assigned.Global Scope & Stakeholder CoordinationAct as a central coordination point across geographies, business units, and legal entities.Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Tax, InfoSec, Data Privacy, and TPRM teams.Promote global process consistency with controlled local variations.Manage cross‑border communication across time zones and regulatory environments.Identify recurring regional issues and contribute to scalable global solutions.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Commerce, Information Systems, or related fields.5–8 years in vendor management, supplier onboarding, procurement operations, TPRM, compliance operations, or master‑data management.Experience in multi‑country or global operations within regulated sectors (preferably banking/financial services).Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Supplier Management; exposure to Archer/Prism or similar TPRM platforms preferred.Strong background in data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination.Skills & CompetenciesDeep understanding of vendor onboarding and lifecycle controls.Strong document‑validation, compliance‑coordination, and audit‑trail discipline.Ability to manage high volumes and competing priorities with accuracy.Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint; strong analytical and reporting capability.Problem‑solving mindset, global coordination ability, and process‑adoption influence.Key competencies: Global mindset, process discipline, collaboration, accountability, attention to detail, risk awareness, continuous improvement, analytical thinking, leadership & coaching.Key Performance IndicatorsAccuracy and completeness of vendor records.Turnaround time and ageing of lifecycle requests.Timely closure of pending vendor/stakeholder actions.Compliance with controls, audit‑trail, and data‑quality standards.Consistent application of global standards.Quality and timeliness of reporting.Delivery of process improvements and reduction of repeat errors/exceptions.
