Venture BuilderWe are looking for a Venture Builder to join our Innovation Studio and help turn early-stage ideas into validated business opportunities and real-world pilots.The role will work across multiple ventures, supporting market research, customer discovery, financial modelling, proposition testing and pilot delivery. You will work closely with operating companies, customers and cross-functional teams to test assumptions, generate evidence and support decisions on whether ventures should continue, pivot or stop.This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional with experience in venture building, innovation, strategy consulting, business analysis or product, who enjoys working on ambiguous problems and moving quickly from ideas to execution.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research, competitor analysis and opportunity sizing to assess new venture opportunities.Maintain venture and portfolio data to support continue, pivot or stop decisions.Develop and maintain financial models, unit economics and business cases for ventures in validation and pilot.Prepare stage-gate submissions, business cases and executive presentations.Challenge and validate assumptions using market data, customer feedback and commercial evidence.Conduct customer discovery, stakeholder interviews and proposition testing with prospective customers and users.Test early-stage propositions, pricing and commercial models.Translate customer insights into refined value propositions and business model decisions.Design and manage pilots, including participant recruitment, scheduling, issue tracking and escalation.Coordinate access to data, systems and permissions required for pilot delivery.Coordinate with vendors, partners, operating companies and internal functions to support pilot execution.Work closely with Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, Product and AI Lab to remove delivery barriers.Conduct data analysis to support venture decisions and refine unit economics.Use AI tools for research, analysis, documentation and production while independently verifying outputs before they inform business decisions.Use no-code and low-code tools to rapidly prototype and test ideas where appropriate.Track venture KPIs and maintain portfolio reporting.Support and coordinate interns and contractors working on time-bound venture activities.Administer pilot expenses within approved budgets and ensure accurate spend tracking and reporting.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related discipline.1–3 years of relevant experience in venture building, innovation, strategy consulting, business analysis or product.Hands-on experience with customer discovery and commercial validation.Experience personally running or substantially supporting at least one pilot or proof of concept with real users.Experience building, analysing or challenging a financial model or business case that informed a real business decision.Strong market research, competitor analysis and opportunity assessment skills.Experience with customer interviews and structured discovery.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Experience coordinating pilot activities and multiple stakeholders.Strong presentation and executive communication skills.Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.Strong proficiency with AI tools for research, analysis, documentation and productivity.Exposure to no-code/low-code prototyping tools is an advantage.Exposure to logistics, supply chain, mobility or government services is an advantage.Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken, is required.Key SkillsVenture Building | Innovation | Market Research | Market Sizing | Competitor Analysis | Customer Discovery | Business Cases | Financial Modelling | Unit Economics | Pilot Management | Proposition Testing | Pricing Validation | Business Model Design | Data Analysis | AI Tools | No-Code/Low-Code Prototyping | Stakeholder Management
