About the RoleInfrolabs Entrepreneur Network is looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven Venture Builder to identify, develop, and scale new business opportunities, with a focus on accounting, finance, and professional services.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and validate new business and venture opportunities.Develop and execute strategies to launch and grow new ventures.Work with accounting firms and entrepreneurs to identify market opportunities.Develop lead-generation, marketing, and client acquisition strategies.Build partnerships and support new business development initiatives.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business performance.Work closely with leadership and teams to turn ideas into scalable businesses.Requirements8+ years of experience in venture building, entrepreneurship, business development, strategy, or a related field.Strong understanding of business models, growth strategies, and B2B markets.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action.Experience in accounting, finance, consulting, or professional services is a plus.What We OfferFull-time onsite opportunity.Opportunity to build and scale new ventures.Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.Direct involvement in strategic business growth and innovation.
