Venture Lead – Robotics

We’re looking for a Venture Lead to build a robotics business in Saudi Arabia. 🇸🇦🤖We already have much of the infrastructure in place: a large showroom in Dammam, an established Saudi operation, import capability, sourcing and team presence in China, access to robotics manufacturers, and the capital to deploy and test products.Our objective is not to assume that a robot is commercially viable simply because the technology is impressive.We want to identify:Where is the real product-market fit for humanoid and service robotics in Saudi Arabia?Who will pay for it?Which use cases create genuine value?And how do we turn that into a scalable business?This is neither a traditional sales role nor purely an engineering role.You will combine technology understanding, business development, commercial judgement and an Entrepreneurial mindset to help build the venture from the ground up.What you’ll do:Identify and validate high-value robotics use cases in Saudi Arabia.Engage customers across hospitality, education, retail, entertainment, events and other service environments.Run demonstrations, pilots and commercial trials.Evaluate humanoid and service robotics manufacturers and technologies.Work with our sourcing and technical teams in China.Develop pricing, distribution, leasing and Robotics-as-a-Service models.Build partnerships and an initial customer pipeline.Develop the go-to-market strategy and recommend where we should invest and scale.Who we’re looking for:Someone with experience in business development, new ventures or commercial strategy, ideally within robotics, automation, AI, IoT, industrial technology or hardware.Saudi/GCC market experience is highly valuable.We are particularly interested in someone who has previously helped take a new technology from opportunity → pilot → commercial deployment.You do not need to be a robotics engineer, but you should be comfortable working with technical products and technical teams.📍 Dammam, Saudi Arabia – On-siteFor the right person, this role could grow into an opportunity to lead the robotics venture itself.
