With a strong focus on experiential learning, industry immersion, and a future-forward curriculum, we equip students with the skills and mindset needed to thrive in the dynamic global business landscape.The Opportunity & What You Will OwnSupport the capstone journey across Shanghai, London, and Dubai, where students build and scale real ventures in live global markets.Run the day-to-day engine behind venture-building: milestones, mentor and expert sessions, workshops, and project logistics, flawlessly executed.Be an on-ground point of contact for student teams, keeping them on track from idea to operational reality through each term.Coordinate mentors, industry experts, and judges, and help prepare teams for key moments like the Pitchfloor.Maintain the systems and trackers that keep the capstone running: team records, milestone progress, feedback, and deliverables, with precision.Partner cross-functionally with academics and student experience to deliver a seamless build experience across geographies, turning feedback into sharper support.What We Need From YouEssential1-3 years of experience in programme coordination, incubator or accelerator operations, entrepreneurship support, project management, or a similar role.Strong organisational skills, managing documentation, trackers, logistics, and operational processes, while staying calm under pressure with a dynamic workload.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working with student founders, mentors, and external partners.Genuine interest in startups, venture-building, and how early-stage businesses get built and scaled.High attention to detail with the ability to execute under pressure.Willingness to travel and live across Shanghai, London, and Dubai throughout the academic year, with prior experience living or working in China, the UK, UAE, or a comparable environment.Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.DesirableExperience supporting startups, incubators, accelerators, or entrepreneurship programmes.Familiarity with pitch preparation, investor engagement, or venture assessment.Prior experience in startups or early-stage environments.Why Join UsBe part of a pioneering business education initiative.Work closely with industry leaders and top-tier faculty.Play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs.Competitive salary, incentives, and growth opportunities.
