We are looking for a Venture Partner - Market & Investment Readiness to join Growth&Glory’s Venture Partnering team.This is an opportunity for a well-connected, C-level calibre professional with a background in entrepreneurship and Venture Capital, looking to support our founders in building commercially strong, scalable and investable ventures, and participate in the investments if the fit is right.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic advisory to portfolio companies on business building, scaling and closing deals in the region.Lead or support execution of business strategies.Drive hands-on knowledge transfer, working closely with founders to build their strategic and operational capabilities.Design and deliver workshops.Develop high-quality business materials, including pitch decks, business plans, and supporting documentation for investment cases.Open commercial and investor doors in the GCC for the ventures you work withContribute your read on a venture to our investment decisions, with the option to participate in the roundYour Background15+ years of experience combining hands-on venture building and scaling as a business founder and/or a senior investment role at a VC fundA live, senior network in the GCC — investors, corporates, family offices, government-linked entities — that you can activate on a founder's behalfProven success advising early- and growth-stage technology companiesEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action and tangible resultsInterest or experience in PE is a plusInterest in DeepTech and AIThis is a project-based role.About Growth&GloryWe are operator-investors.
