Owl Therapy is a technology-enabled behavioral health company focused on expanding access to high-quality mental health services through modern care delivery.The company works with licensed clinicians and healthcare professionals to provide accessible, evidence-based therapy while leveraging technology to improve patient engagement, care coordination, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes.Owl Therapy is building a scalable behavioral health platform designed to make mental healthcare more personalized, accessible, and effective for individuals and families across the United States.About the RoleOwl Therapy is seeking an entrepreneurial Venture Studio CEO to lead the company through its next phase of development and growth.This is a hands-on operating role for an experienced entrepreneur, healthcare executive, startup operator, or business leader who is excited about building and scaling an innovative behavioral health company.The Venture Studio CEO will work closely with Owl Therapy's founders, investors, advisors, and venture studio partners to develop and execute the company's strategy. The CEO will take responsibility for key areas including fundraising, revenue growth, partnerships, product strategy, operations, team development, and overall company performance.The ideal candidate combines the strategic perspective of a CEO with the execution-oriented mindset of an early-stage founder.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall strategy, growth, and execution of Owl Therapy.Develop and execute the company's business plan, operating priorities, and growth strategy.Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, healthcare partnerships, and new distribution channels.Lead fundraising efforts and build relationships with venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices, and strategic investors.Develop partnerships with employers, health plans, health systems, clinicians, and other healthcare organizations.Work closely with product and technology teams to shape the company's platform and care-delivery model.Identify opportunities to improve clinical operations, patient engagement, and provider efficiency.Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team as the company grows.Establish key performance indicators and maintain accountability across financial, operational, clinical, and growth objectives.Represent Owl Therapy with investors, customers, strategic partners, clinicians, and other stakeholders.Work closely with the venture studio and advisory network to leverage resources, relationships, expertise, and shared infrastructure.Build Owl Therapy into a nationally recognized behavioral health company.Preferred QualificationsSignificant entrepreneurial, executive, or operating experience in healthcare, behavioral health, digital health, healthcare technology, or another high-growth industry.Experience as a founder, CEO, senior executive, venture-backed startup operator, investor, or business unit leader.Demonstrated ability to grow an early-stage business and execute against ambitious objectives.Experience with fundraising, business development, partnerships, sales, or customer acquisition.Strong understanding of startup finance, company strategy, operations, and team building.Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred.Familiarity with behavioral health, mental healthcare delivery, telehealth, or healthcare reimbursement is a plus.Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial environment with limited resources and significant responsibility.Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.Passion for improving access to high-quality mental healthcare.Compensation & EquityOpportunity to earn meaningful sweat equity in Owl Therapy based on role, performance, and contribution.Potential eligibility to participate in carried interest within an affiliated venture capital fund.Opportunity to build and lead a venture-backed healthcare company from an early stage.Access to a broader venture studio ecosystem of investors, entrepreneurs, healthcare executives, advisors, and strategic partners.Significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape the company's strategy, culture, team, and long-term direction.Why Join Owl TherapyMental healthcare continues to face significant challenges involving accessibility, provider shortages, patient engagement, cost, and fragmented care delivery.At the same time, technology, telehealth, artificial intelligence, and new models of care are creating an opportunity to fundamentally improve how behavioral healthcare is delivered.Owl Therapy is building a modern behavioral health platform designed to address these challenges while creating a scalable healthcare company with the potential for significant national impact.As Venture Studio CEO, you will have the opportunity to operate as an entrepreneur, build a company with meaningful equity ownership, work alongside experienced investors and healthcare leaders, and help shape the future of behavioral healthcare.Equal Opportunity EmployerOwl Therapy is an equal opportunity employer.
