Team members join a company with deep local roots and a long-term commitment to quality, community, and responsible development.About the OpportunityWe own multiple event and entertainment venues and are seeking to build a high-growth events platform that hosts parties, social occasions, ticketed events, and fully produced experiences on a year-round basis. We are seeking a high-achieving, entrepreneurial operator who can take ownership of the entire events business — from strategy and P&L to day-to-day execution across venues. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building systems, scaling revenue, and creating memorable experiences while managing the operational complexity of alcohol service, live music, marketing, sales, and flexible workforce management.Role OverviewYou will lead the events division with full accountability for growing a profitable, brand-defining events calendar across multiple sites. Success means filling the venues consistently with high-quality events, maximizing revenue, building strong talent and vendor relationships, maintaining rigorous compliance (especially alcohol), and creating scalable processes that allow the business to expand.Key Responsibilities· Strategic Leadership & GrowthDevelop and execute a year-round events strategy that balances private parties, social occasions, ticketed productions, and recurring formats. Drive revenue growth through new event concepts, partnerships, sponsorships, and multi-venue programming. · Event Production & ProgrammingOversee the full lifecycle of events — concept development, budgeting, production, artist/booking coordination, technical production, and on-site delivery. Ensure consistently high-quality guest experiences.· Live Music & TalentBuild and manage relationships with agents, artists, and promoters. Oversee booking, contracts, riders, and production requirements for live music and performance programming.· Alcohol Management & ComplianceOwn all aspects of alcohol service across venues: licensing, inventory, cost control, staff training, responsible service protocols, and regulatory compliance. Implement systems that protect the business while maximizing margin.· Marketing & BrandLead or closely oversee marketing strategy, including digital campaigns, social media, email, partnerships, and on-site activation. Build strong event brands that drive advance ticket sales and repeat attendance.· Sales & Revenue GenerationDrive private event sales, corporate bookings, sponsorships, VIP packages, and group sales. Set pricing strategy, manage sales pipelines, and ensure high client satisfaction.· Gig Worker & Workforce ManagementBuild scalable systems for recruiting, scheduling, training, and managing gig workers, freelancers, and contractors (bar staff, security, production crew, promoters, etc.). Ensure reliable, high-performing teams for every event while controlling labor costs.· Operations Across Multiple SitesStandardize processes, SOPs, and quality standards across venues while allowing for site-specific character. Coordinate logistics, vendor management, inventory, and facility readiness.Ideal Candidate Profile· Proven track record of building or significantly growing an events, nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment business (multi-venue experience strongly preferred).· Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to own P&L, invent new revenue streams, and scale operations.· Deep experience producing parties, social events, and live-music or ticketed productions.· Strong background in marketing, sales, and sponsorship.· Hands-on expertise in alcohol management, licensing, and responsible service.· Experience managing flexible / gig workforces at scale.· Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.· Comfortable being both strategic and deeply operational — willing to roll up sleeves when needed.· High integrity, strong judgment, and a reputation for delivering results.What Success Looks LikeWithin the first 12–18 months: a full, profitable year-round calendar across venues; measurable growth in revenue and margins; strong systems for alcohol, staffing, and production; a clear brand presence in the market; and a high-performing team that can support further expansion.This role is ideal for an ambitious operator who wants to help build a multi-venue events business and the opportunity to shape its future.
