Job in BaliJob description:Work location: Bali, IndonesiaThe main duties and responsibilities of this role:To ensure that the venue and its assets look perfect and are maintained in the highest order at all timesObserve activities to ensure adherence to policies and operating proceduresInitiate required repair, improvement and maintenance works and check on the ongoing and completed projects to ensure that established standards have been metResponsible for overseeing the daily operations of the venue functions including engineering functionsResponsible for overseeing the events operations ensuring the highest order and safety at all times as well as ensuring the implementation of the the highest standardsSupervise the daily activities of all engineering departmentAssists in the implementation, co-ordination and monitoring of safety regulationsHandle suggestions and complaints by colleagues and recommends appropriate action to the Engineering DepartmentTo perform other operational duties that may be requiredQualifications, Experience and Education RequirementsProven work experience as venue manager, operation manager, maintenance manager or similar roleExtensive knowledge in hospitality industry and its standardsStrong leadership, motivational and people skillsDegree in Business Administration, hospitality management, or relative fieldFamiliarity with restaurant management software, like Quinos SystemAble to effectively communicate with all levels of colleaguesExperience in working in the highly dynamic and busy environmentBenefitsA relocation package is offered for this position.
