You will lead a high calibre front of house team, protect and elevate the guest experience, and ensure every detail reflects a sophisticated yet energetic identity.ResponsibilitiesLeading, coaching and developing the complete FOH team across restaurant and barSetting and maintaining service standards that consistently exceed guest expectationsBuilding a positive, high-performance culture across all teams that attracts and retains top talentOverseeing daily operations, rostering and floor leadership during peak periodsWorking closely with ownership and senior leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences and commercial resultsQualificationsYou are an experienced hospitality leader who has successfully managed large, high-volume venues and thrives in the pressure and energy of a major opening.Required SkillsProven experience as a Venue Manager or equivalent in a busy, high expectation restaurant or multi outlet environmentDemonstrated ability to build, lead and inspire high performing front of house teamsExceptional guest focused mindset with a track record of elevating service standardsStrong commercial awareness and the ability to balance experience with operational performanceCalm, decisive leadership under pressure and the energy to match an iconic launchThis is a rare opportunity to shape a landmark venue from the ground up.
