This is a full-ownership role leading a busy seven-day operation — 140 seats, a great tap list and a deck built for the surf-coast lifestyle. Genuine autonomy to shape the local guest experience, with the systems and support of a larger group behind you.What you’ll ownDay-to-day leadership of the venue and team across a seven-day tradeFinancial performance: nightly and weekly reporting, monthly performance reviews on revenue, safety and teamSix-monthly planning: setting objectives, key events and local drivers with your teamLocal initiative: real autonomy over events, activations and the guest experience, within national brand standardsA modern operating stack: POS, rostering, bookings, stock and BI tools all in placeWhat you’ll bringProven venue or assistant management experience in a comparable hospitality operationStrong commercial head: comfortable owning reporting, rosters and cost controlA hands-on leader who can build and hold a team through seasonal peaks and quieter monthsSomeone who works well with autonomy; you’ll run your patch, not wait to be toldFull working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship is not available for this role)The offerBase salary $85,000–$90,000, with a performance bonus and full package discussed at interview.
