Venue Technology Coordinator

Role SummaryThe Venue Technology Coordinator supports the day-to-day delivery of technology services at tournament venues. The role assists with equipment setup, testing, basic troubleshooting and coordination with technical teams and suppliers to help ensure venue technology is ready and operational.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of venue technology systems (AV, networking, ticketing, access control, etc.)Monitor system performance and promptly troubleshoot technical issuesCoordinate with vendors and internal teams for equipment maintenance and upgradesSupport setup and teardown of technology for events and functionsConduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checksMaintain accurate documentation of technical assets and incidentsProvide on-call technical support during live events and peak operational hoursRequired SkillsStrong understanding of AV, IT networking, and venue technology infrastructureProblem-solving and troubleshooting abilities under time pressureAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and event daysBasic project coordination and vendor management experienceRequired QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or related fieldRelevant technical certifications (networking, AV systems) preferredValid work authorization for Saudi ArabiaWillingness to work on-site at venue locations as requiredExperience RequirementAt least 1 year of experience in venue operations, event technology, or technical support rolesPrior experience in live large-scale event or venue environments is highly preferredLocation / Work ModeRiyadh, Saudi Arabia — On-site
