Simplifying Skills currently powers institutes across India and is rapidly scaling toward reaching over a million students in the next academic cycle, driven by India-first, NEP-aligned, and research-based values.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Verbal Communication Trainer based in Bihar. The trainer will design and deliver structured verbal communication sessions for school and university students, focusing on spoken English, articulation, clarity, and confidence in classroom discussions, presentations, and interviews. Daily responsibilities include planning lesson content, conducting interactive activities, providing individualized feedback, and tracking learner progress through assessments and practice tasks. The role involves collaborating with academic coordinators to align communication modules with NEP 2020 objectives and existing curricula, maintaining training records, and continuously improving content based on learner outcomes. The trainer is also expected to participate in faculty development initiatives, contribute to curriculum refinement, and support communication-related events such as workshops, mock interviews, and speaking clubs.Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills, including clear articulation, fluent spoken English, and effective classroom delivery.Experience in training, teaching, facilitation, or coaching, preferably with school or university students.Ability to design lesson plans, communication activities, and assessment tools tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels.Skills in giving constructive feedback, mentoring learners, and building confidence in public speaking and interpersonal communication.Comfort with basic digital tools and presentation software to support interactive and multimedia-based training.Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field; a teaching or training certification is an advantage.Familiarity with NEP 2020 and contemporary pedagogical practices is highly desirable.Strong organizational skills, reliability in maintaining schedules and records, and a learner-centric, inclusive approach.
