Its mission is to bridge the gap between academics and practice and build the next generation of confident finance professionals.Role Description This is a full-time, on site Verbal Faculty role responsible for teaching and mentoring students in verbal ability, reading comprehension, vocabulary, and language skills relevant to commerce and competitive exams. The faculty member will design and deliver engaging online classes, create lesson plans and practice materials, and adapt content for different learner levels. Daily tasks include explaining concepts through real-world examples, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with other faculty to align verbal modules with exam patterns, contributing to curriculum development, and participating in mock tests and workshops to improve student outcomes.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong verbal ability, reading comprehension, and vocabulary-building skills.Candidates should possess skills in lesson planning, instructional design, and creating practice materials for exams.Candidates should possess effective online teaching, classroom management, and learner engagement skills.Candidates should possess assessment and feedback skills, including the ability to analyze performance and guide improvement.Excellent command of written and spoken English, with clear and confident communication.Prior experience teaching verbal ability for school curriculum or entrance exams (e.g., CLAT, IPMAT, CUET) is highly beneficial.A bachelor’s or master’s degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field is preferred.Comfort with online teaching platforms, basic digital tools, and remote collaboration.Strong student-centric mindset, patience, and the ability to explain concepts using practical, real-world examples.
