TIA provides an environment dedicated to global exposure and academic excellence, making it an attractive setting for educators passionate about international education.Role Description The Verbal Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The trainer will conduct classroom sessions and small-group workshops focused on verbal reasoning, reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and test-taking strategies for exams such as SAT, IELTS, and TOEFL. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, creating and updating learning materials, assessing student performance through tests and assignments, and providing individualized feedback and academic support. The role also involves tracking student progress, collaborating with other faculty to align verbal training with the broader curriculum, and participating in parent/student counseling sessions when required. The Verbal Trainer is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, encourage a positive learning environment, and stay current with changes in international test patterns and requirements.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong verbal communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.Candidates should possess expertise in English language teaching, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills.Candidates should possess familiarity with standardized tests such as SAT (Verbal), IELTS, and TOEFL, along with test-taking strategies and exam patterns.Candidates should possess skills in lesson planning, curriculum delivery, student assessment, and providing constructive feedback.Candidates should possess the ability to mentor and motivate adolescents, with a student-centered and inclusive teaching approach.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field are preferred.Prior experience as a verbal trainer, English faculty, or test-prep instructor for SAT, IELTS, or TOEFL will be an advantage.Candidates should possess basic digital literacy to use online resources, learning platforms, and assessment tools.
