This role requires a strategic professional who will conduct comprehensive market analysis, develop targeted go-to-market strategies, and cultivate key customer relationships to support the Business Unit's objectives and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive market analysis and industry research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities within the FFI-Sealing & Bonding vertical market segment. Define target customer segments and develop detailed competitive landscape assessments to identify differentiation and positioning opportunities. Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies specifically tailored to the FFI-Sealing & Bonding vertical market requirements and customer needs. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders within the vertical market to drive business development and customer retention. Implement multi-channel marketing initiatives to enhance market presence, strengthen brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Optimize resource allocation and budget management to ensure efficient and effective deployment of marketing and sales initiatives. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership demonstrating initiative results, market performance metrics, and return on investment. Foster a collaborative culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the vertical market team and broader business unit. Support cross-functional vertical market teams and contribute to the achievement of Business Unit and Sika Qatar strategic objectives and annual performance targets. QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering) or equivalent disciplineProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business software applicationsFluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to prepare professional reports and presentationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in vertical market management, business development, or strategic marketing within the industrial or specialty chemicals sectorProven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies and driving revenue growthStrong analytical and market research capabilities with experience in competitive landscape assessment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the sealing, bonding, or construction materials industryProficiency in Arabic languageDemonstrated expertise in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder managementExperience with CRM systems and marketing analytics platforms Additional InformationKey CompetenciesStrategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
