The Master is a critical leadership position, reporting to the Operations Manager. This role is responsible for the safe operations of the vessel, overseeing compliance and on-board maintenance, and leading the crew to deliver exceptional service to guests. By setting a high standard through leadership and example, the Master ensures that team performance remains at peak levels while fostering a positive guest experience.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead by example to provide exceptional guest experiences and maintain consistent service standardsAddress guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and preserve the quality of the experienceProvide leadership and guidance to crew members, promoting their professional motivation and growthAssist with the ongoing training of both new and existing staff to meet CWS standardsEnsure adherence to SOPs, Marine Memos, operational procedures, and Work, Health and Safety (WHS) requirementsAbout YouYou are a dedicated professional focused on marine safety and compliance, ensuring all training and certificates are current. You prioritise the safety of the vessel, guests, and your team while enhancing guest experiences through exceptional service. With strong people management skills, you effectively coach and develop team members.
