Vessel Operations CoordinatorLondon | £30,000 - £45,000 + BenefitsWe are recruiting for a Vessel Operations Coordinator to join a leading international Dry Bulk shipping organisation based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and commercially minded individual looking to develop a long-term career within the maritime sector. Working closely with Chartering Managers, Masters, Agents and Brokers, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of Dry Bulk vessels, ensuring voyages are executed safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the day-to-day operation of Dry Bulk vessels from fixture through to voyage completion. Review charter parties, fixture recaps and voyage instructions. Monitor vessel schedules, positions and voyage performance. Liaise with Masters, Agents, Brokers and Chartering teams to ensure efficient voyage execution. Assist with bunker planning, freight invoicing, hire statements and voyage accounting activities. Support laytime calculations, demurrage claims and operational reporting. Maintain accurate operational records and documentation. Support the resolution of operational, performance and cargo-related claims. About YouExperience within shipping, maritime operations, logistics or a similar operational environment.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in Microsoft 365. Exposure to Dry Bulk shipping would be advantageous. I
