You'll guide patients through scheduling appointments, insurance verification, registration, and financial processes while ensuring every veteran receives exceptional service with dignity, respect, and care. The position serves as a vital liaison between veterans, healthcare providers, and support services, helping create a seamless healthcare experience.What You'll DoWelcome and assist veteran patients throughout their healthcare journeySchedule appointments and coordinate provider calendarsVerify insurance eligibility and process referrals and authorizationsRegister patients and maintain accurate electronic medical recordsCollect payments and explain financial responsibilities with professionalism and empathySupport efficient clinic operations and patient flowAnswer questions, resolve concerns, and deliver outstanding customer serviceCollaborate with faculty, providers, students, residents, and administrative teams to ensure exceptional patient careWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Minimum Qualifications
