Veterinary Clinic ManagerAleef Group | Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaAleef Group is looking for an experienced Veterinary Clinic Manager to oversee the operations and performance of its three pet veterinary clinic branches in Riyadh.We are looking for a qualified veterinarian with strong management experience in pet veterinary clinics or hospitals, combining veterinary knowledge with hands-on operational and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations across all three clinic branchesLead and manage veterinary and clinic teamsEnsure consistent service and operational standards across branchesMonitor clinic performance, revenue, costs, and key KPIsOversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, and procurementDrive operational efficiency and improve the client experienceSupport the continued growth and development of the clinicsRequirementsDegree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent veterinary qualificationProven management experience within a pet veterinary clinic or hospitalStrong operational and people-management experienceGood commercial understanding, including revenue, costs, and overall clinic performanceMulti-branch management experience is highly preferredCurrently based in Saudi Arabia preferredArabic and English proficiency preferred
