Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Veterinary Receptionist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Veterinary Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients and their pets, efficiently scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries with professionalism, and supporting client education about pet care. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and supporting clinic operations seamlessly to ensure a positive experience for both clients and their pets. Qualifications Strong skills in Animal Care and Client Education to provide professional support to pets and their ownersProficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette for effective time management and communicationExcellent Communication skills to provide a welcoming experience for clients and coordinate with the clinic teamBasic knowledge of veterinary processes and medical terminology is an advantageAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in veterinary services, animal care, or customer relations is preferred
