You’ll help keep the front desk running smoothly while providing the compassionate, professional service our clients have come to expect.Your responsibilities will include:Greet and welcome clients and patients with a warm, professional attitudeAnswer phone calls, emails, and client questions and direct concerns to the appropriate team memberSchedule appointments while helping maintain an efficient daily flowCheck clients in and out and accurately process paymentsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception areaProvide compassionate and discreet emotional support to clients during difficult or sensitive situationsHelp communicate veterinary recommendations and information clearly to pet ownersWork closely with the veterinary team to support excellent patient and client careThe ideal Bilingual Veterinary Receptionist will be comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking clients and helping bridge communication between clients and our veterinary team.QualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a veterinary receptionist who is compassionate, calm under pressure, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy veterinary hospital.
