Our approach is deliberately personal and hands-on, shaped by people who understand their markets and take responsibility for delivering the right outcomes.PURPOSE OF ROLEWe are hiring a VP, Applications Systems Analyst, Asia to lead the rollout, adoption and optimisation of SRG’s applications across Asia.As part of Transformation Delivery, you will lead business engagement, implementation activities and post-go-live enhancements to drive successful adoption across Asia. You will act as the key link between business stakeholders, Group IT and vendors, translating operational requirements into practical system solutions that enable the business, improve efficiency and support MAS and TRM compliance requirements.You are an experienced business analyst and transformation professional with a strong track record of delivering enterprise system implementations in complex, regulated environments. You are confident managing stakeholders, leading change and driving continuous improvement to maximise the value of technology investments.You take ownership of outcomes, communicate clearly and thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments where collaboration and strong execution are essential.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESThe key responsibilities for this role are:Partner with Asia business stakeholders to understand operational needs and drive adoption of broking platforms across core workflows, including emerging digital channels.Lead rollout and deployment across markets, ensuring effective implementation and user adoption, in line with Group IT SDLC and governance standards.Facilitate requirements gathering for enhancements and new initiatives, including Group IT or UK-led programmes extending into Asia.Act as primary liaison between business users, Group IT, vendors and implementation partners, working effectively across time zones with the UK-based Group team.Coordinate and manage UAT, including test planning, execution, defect management and sign-off.Develop training and change management initiatives to drive platform adoption in alignment with Group operating standards.Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify continuous improvement opportunities.Own vendor relationships, including issue resolution, defect prioritisation and contract oversight with Group IT.Maintain programme governance, delivery plans, risk registers and stakeholder reporting, aligned to Group governance standards.Work with operations and compliance teams to drive process standardisation across systems, ensuring solutions support regional objectives and MAS/TRM compliance requirements.Shape future-state operating models and technology roadmaps in alignment with Group operating standards and the broader SRG technology strategy.Assess and recommend emerging technologies, including AI tooling, automation and API-driven integration, to Group IT and senior stakeholders.Support adoption and optimisation of Group-wide platforms, including Salesforce CRM, as they extend into AsiaQUALIFICATIONS5 to 8 years in business analysis, systems analysis or transformation delivery.Proven experience delivering enterprise system implementations and post-go-live optimisation.Strong background in requirements management, process mapping, UAT and stakeholder engagement.Ability to engage, influence and align senior stakeholders across business and technology.Experience in regulated environments, including MAS and TRM frameworks.Familiarity with insurance broking or financial services environments preferred.Demonstrated experience leading multi-country transformation programmes, including cross-market stakeholder alignment.Proven vendor management experience; able to hold vendors to account on delivery and contractual obligations.Why Join Us: Joining SRG means becoming part of an ambitious, growing organisation that invests seriously in its people.
