Vice President

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Vice President to oversee the company’s administrative, operational, and financial functions. This individual will serve as the second-in-command, working closely with the CEO to ensure the company’s day-to-day operations, financial performance, and overall execution run efficiently.The ideal candidate is highly structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple areas of the business. Experience leading a company, startup, or fast-paced organization is strongly preferred, along with a solid understanding of business compliance and financial management.Key Responsibilities:Oversee administrative, operational, and financial functions.Drive processes, structure, and operational efficiency across the organization.Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key business metrics.Ensure compliance with applicable business, financial, and regulatory requirements.Partner closely with the CEO on strategy, execution, and business decisions.Lead and coordinate teams and external partners as needed.Requirements:Proven leadership experience in operations, administration, and/or finance.Experience managing a company, startup, or growing organization preferred.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of business compliance and financial processes.Ability to work independently, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
