قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJOB SUMMARYDevelop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for Local market, including, Market trends and forecasts, Customer behavior, needs and preferences, Competitor analysis, Local laws, Regulatory requirements, market and economic insights. And Utilize this knowledge base to inform business decisions, identify new opportunities, and optimize Local market strategies.KEY RESPONSIBILITYDevelop and execute commercial and customer retention strategies for Container Terminal, General Cargo and BCO segments, aligned with DP World objectives.Build strong relationships with government authorities, local stakeholders, shipping lines, feeders, NVOCCs, agents and BCOs to drive business growth and trade opportunities.Lead commercial planning, annual volume/revenue/cost budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring against budget and YoY.Develop and maintain strategic business plans, feasibility studies and commercial due diligence for new and existing services.Negotiate customer contracts, special rates, incentives, rebates and commercial agreements within approved policies and objectives.Monitor market, service, alliance and tariff developments and assess their commercial impact.Drive customer experience, complaint resolution, CRM, RFIs/RFQs, pricing and commercial governance.Review receivables, credit notes, TERs, FIAs, rebates and provisions, taking corrective action where required.Lead regular customer and Operations meetings, customer visits and performance reviews to strengthen relationships and resolve issues.Maintain customer profiles, market intelligence and updated databases of carriers, agents, traders and BCOs; generate leads for Sales.Promote digital solutions including Dubai Trade E-Suite and DP World EDI capabilities.Set and review team objectives/KPIs, develop staff capability and ensure effective performance management.Manage departmental expenses, ensure compliance with commercial policies, IT security requirements and GCC/DP World standards.Provide regular commercial performance and strategic updates to Regional Commercial Management, including monthly and quarterly reports.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management or any other relevant field will be a distinct advantage.Minimum 10 years’ working experience.Experience in a free zone, commercial department, economic development, logistics, shipping, trade facilitation sectors will be an advantage.
