Location: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Global ManufacturingCoverage: Europe & MENARole PurposeThe SVP – Corporate Communications will lead the Corporate Communications function for a global manufacturing organisation across Europe and MENA, shaping the company’s corporate narrative, reputation and communications strategy across multiple markets.Based in Dubai, the role will serve as a senior strategic advisor to the Group CEO and Executive Leadership Team, overseeing internal and external communications, executive communications, media relations, reputation management, issues and crisis communications, and corporate positioning.The role will ensure a consistent global narrative while adapting communications to the cultural, regulatory and business environments across Europe and MENA.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Communications StrategyDevelop and lead the Corporate Communications strategy across Europe and MENA.Establish a consistent corporate narrative, positioning and communications framework across multiple markets.Translate global business strategy, transformation priorities and growth objectives into compelling communications programmes.Advise the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on corporate reputation, communications opportunities and emerging risks.Establish communication governance, standards and best practices across regional operations.Executive CommunicationsAct as a trusted communications advisor to the CEO, Executive Committee and senior leadership.Lead executive positioning, speeches, keynote addresses, leadership messaging and major corporate announcements.Prepare senior executives for media interviews, conferences and high-profile stakeholder engagements.Build a strong and consistent leadership voice across the organisation.Media & External CommunicationsLead the Group’s media relations strategy across Europe and MENA.Develop relationships with major international, regional and industry media.Oversee corporate announcements, media statements, interviews and thought leadership.Identify opportunities to strengthen the organisation’s profile within the global manufacturing and industrial sectors.Reputation & Crisis CommunicationsOwn the organisation’s reputation management and issues-management framework.Lead communications during significant business, operational or reputational events.Develop crisis communication strategies, protocols, messaging and executive briefings.Monitor external sentiment, media coverage and emerging reputational risks across key markets.Internal CommunicationsEstablish a consistent internal communications approach across Europe and MENA.Lead communications around transformation, organisational change, strategic priorities and major business developments.Partner with HR and leadership teams to strengthen employee alignment and understanding of the Group’s strategy.Oversee executive town halls, leadership communications and major employee campaigns.Stakeholder & Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner with Investor Relations, Government Relations, Legal, HR, Sustainability, Marketing and business leadership.Ensure consistency across corporate, investor, government, employee and external stakeholder messaging.Support major corporate transactions, market expansion, strategic partnerships and other high-profile business initiatives.Team & Agency LeadershipLead and develop a high-performing regional communications function.Build communications capability across Europe and MENA.Oversee external PR, communications, creative and media agencies.Manage budgets, resources and agency relationships across the region.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.18+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications
